Minmin Zhang's personal website. Welcome!
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Operations Management at Naveen Jindal School of Management, the University of Texas at Dallas. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Guihua Wang and Prof. Elena Katok.
My research addresses challenges in healthcare operations management with techniques from empirical econometrics and machine learning. I am passionate about using data to uncover innovative solutions that enhance operational decision-making in healthcare settings. Currently, my work lies in two research streams. In the first stream, I develop data-driven algorithms that support precision healthcare. In the second stream, I focus on providing actionable insights into healthcare operations by evaluating the impact of policy interventions.
Before my doctoral studies, I completed my B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and my B.S.E. and M.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
I am on the 2024 - 2025 job market.
